नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने किया मेघवाल की पुस्तक का विमोचन

बीकानेर संसदीय क्षेत्र से सांसद मेघवाल के कार्यकाल का एक वर्ष पूरा हुआ है। इस अवधि में उनके द्वारा किए गए कार्यो और उपलब्धियों पर 'जनसेवा में अर्जुन राम मेघवाल' शीर्षक से पुस्तक प्रकाशित की गई है।

सुषमा स्वराज ने मेघवाल के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए उपस्थित अन्य सांसदों से भी अपने कार्यकालों का ब्योरा अपने संसदीय क्षेत्र के लोगों के समक्ष रखने की बात कही। पुस्तक को 26 शीर्षकों में विभाजित किया गया है। जिसमें परिचय, लोकसभा में उठाए गए प्रमुख मुद्दे, लोकसभा टीवी को दिए साक्षात्कार, आगामी प्राथमिकताएं, सांसद निधि कोष से क्षेत्र में कराए गए विकास का ब्योरा आदि संकलित की गईं हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त सांसद के रूप में पार्टी संगठन के लिए किए गए कार्यो एवं विदेश यात्रा का भी उल्लेख किया गया है।

बीकानेर, 27 जून। मेघवंशी समाज में व्याप्त कुरीतियां मिटाने का संकल्प लिया गया। इस सम्बन्ध में आनन्द निकेतन में मेघवंशीय समाज चेतना संस्थान की बैठक हुई। जिसे जयपुर के अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक मदनगोपाल मेघवाल, वाणिज्य कर अधिकारी पन्नालाल मेघवाल, खेताराम ने सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि मृत्यु भोज समाज में अचानक आने वाले कर्ज जैसी समस्या है। जिससे समाज कर्ज में डूब जाता है। मेघवाल ने कहा कि जिस परिवार में मृत्यु होती है उसे मृत्यु भोज के लिए कर्ज लेकर करना पड़ता है। यह एक समाज की सबसे बड़ी समस्या है जिसे मिटाने का आह्वान किया जा रहा है। मदनगोपाल मेघवाल ने कहा कि कर्ज से मुक्ति तभी संभव होगी जब मृत्यु भोज पूर्ण रुप से बन्द होगा। इसके लिए समाज के सभी लोगों से कहा जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि मृत्यु भोज जैसी समाज की कुरीतियों को समाप्त करने में सहयोग करें जिससे समाज के परिवारों का विकास हो सके।
